Who this applies to
Gymini is a fitness tracking service. This policy applies to visitors and registered users of our web application and any connected experiences that share the same account system.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create and use an account: your name and email address, and—if you choose email sign-in—a password (stored as a secure hash, not plain text). If you sign in with Google, we receive profile details that Google shares with us (such as your name, email, and profile image) according to your Google account settings. We also store OAuth-related tokens as needed to maintain your login session. We record fitness activity you log: push-up counts by date and weight entries by date. Optional profile fields may include age, height, target weight, and your language preference.
How we use your information
We use this data to provide core features: authentication, saving your workouts and weight history, showing progress and charts, and applying your settings (such as language). We process friend connections and invite links so you can connect with other users and compare activity where the product supports it. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies, sessions, and third-party services
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in and session management (for example, to keep you logged in securely). When you use Google sign-in, Google processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Our application may be hosted on infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf to run the service.
Friends and invites
If you use social features, we store friendship relationships between accounts, invite tokens used to connect users, and settings such as comparison modifiers associated with a friendship. Friends may see limited activity information needed for those features (for example, comparison or totals shown in the product).
Retention and security
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update some information in the app settings. To delete your account or exercise other rights, contact us using the support channel indicated in the product or store listing. We may update this policy from time to time; we will post the new version on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date.
